Industrial Plant in St. Louis Is Exploding. It's not very often you see the present tense used with a verb like "exploding." We just spent the last 15 minutes of lunch staring at the TV. Apparently it was an oxygen tank factory, so every few seconds there was another Yoga Fire into the sky when another tank blew up. If you're near a TV, check it out.

Okay, I can kind of wrap my idea around molestation of a sheep -- not that I approve or anything, but I can see how it would work... But FATAL molestation? I can't quite envision that, and I think I'm grateful... Check out this apbnews.com story, to read the terrible tale.
The PowerBook Zone is the site through which I discovered Apple's trade in deal for PowerBook 190's to Pismo G3's. They seem to have a lot of good news about anything powerbook related, so if you're interested in Apple's portables, then this site is worth regular reading. And I'm eagerly awaiting my new PowerBook G3.
Over here we have an article from Newsweek which talks about the impending PS2 release (in Japan at least). It's a pretty good article for the masses, but skims over other things that I'm interested in. Damn I want one of those sleek black puppies.
