Textfiles are a pretty spiffy medium that have been around for years and probably won't be dying anytime soon. textfiles.com has a LOT of textfiles, on every topic. And some that weren't topics until they made it up. Don't hurt anyone with your newfound knowledge, y'hear?

Over here we see a pretty cool poem. First note that the poem is actually the punctuation symbols, and that the second is how to read the punctuation. This site also has music for the poem and other things.
"Flashback Humor."

I played "Star Trekkin'" for Keith and Michael off of my Dr. Demento CD one night, and then I skimmed the rest of the CD looking for amusing track. One track I skipped started out "Hello Mother, Hello Father, Here I am at, Camp..." Later that night, we were watching Simpsons, and after Homers very amusing line "Hey. We didn't have a message on our answering machine when we left. How very odd.", he played the message, which started "Hello Mother, Hello Father, Here I am at, Camp..."
Admittedly, this was on slashdot a couple of days ago, but they're just so cute... Check out sgi's four oh four page. Now ask yourself: don't you want one?
Last night I went out with ResComp and saw fight club at Wheeler. Frankly, it was nothing like I expected. I don't know what I expected, but what I got wasn't what I expected. And that's good, because all I know about what I expected is that I expected I wouldn't like it. Which I didn't, because I did like it a fair amount.
Pitt's performance reminds me of his performance in 12 Monkeys, which is, of course, one of my favorite movies. There's a lot to like about Fight Club, from numerous jokes, to "Flashback Humor", to human sacrifices. I recomend you check this movie out, considering it's been added to my "to purchase" queue.
I went bowling last week with ResComp, and I became very curious about just where this game came from... So I went and found out. Check out this alt.sports.bowling FAQ to find out... Very interesting. Wacky egyptians.

Illusionworks has a lot of fun mind benders. Watch out, though, the site is running Java. They've also got a title that's about as descriptive as a brick of concrete, so your bookmark might be a little unclear.
I was talking to Seth about filing his taxes, and eventually I suggested that he go download the 1040EZ form from the irs website. However, upon arriving at the site, I was highly disturbed the site which almost appeared to be a parody... I couldn't believe it. Eventually I came to this useful page from which you can download all the forms and publications you need. Enjoy!
